VIZLTM Brings Technology and Fashion Closer at the Second-Annual San Francisco Beauty Expo
SAN FRANCISCO, CA–(Marketwire – May 31, 2011) – Stylists and other fashion professionals in San Francisco tried out the latest in social shopping technology on mobile this weekend, as ProSent Mobile demonstrated its new app VIZL™ at the Beauty Expo 2011. ProSent Mobile Founder Prosenjit Sen demonstrated how stylists can use their smart phones to snap pictures of fashion items and show them electronically to their clients. They can then use VIZL™ to share their looks on Facebook and have their clients provide reactions instantly.
“When you find a great pair of pants that would go perfectly with the jacket you chose for the client last month, you don’t have to wait until the next time you see her,” Mr. Sen said. “You can snap her wardrobe, bring it to any store and match the pants in VIZL™’s Mixer. She can respond instantly or, if she is undecided and wants another opinion, she can simply text it to a friend for immediate feedback.”
Stylists and other fashion retailers can use in VIZL™ to send video catalogs to customers with the latest fashions and deals.
Mr. Sen demonstrated the product at the Beauty Expo, put on by the San Francisco Fashion and Merchants Alliance.
